Automotive testing

Electric Motor & Powertrain Testing

We help our clients at Automotive NVH and Durability testing to validate, characterize and calibrate powertrains. EPowerlabs has executed more than 10.000h of test bench services with more than 50 customers worldwide. Our AVL Dyno testing rigs can support speeds up to 25.000 rpm and 500kW of power. Our team can support you with cost competitive durability, climatic or NVH testing services. The test equipment is automated with AVL PUMA automation and include AVL X-ION and AVL Spectra systems

Inverters and Fuel Cell Testing

We can help validate, characterize and homologate power units up to 1200V and 1000Arms. We test inverters, DC/DC converters and chargers to any country standard up to 100kW of power. EPowerlabs can also test Fuel Cell stacks up to 200kW and complete Fuel Cell and Balance of Plant (BoP) systems up to 250kW with the latest equipment provided by AVL

NVH, HTOE and PTCE Testing

We develop a testing plan according to your needs. Our team can executre Design Validation Plans or draft a complete DVP for you. We have worked with methodology from leading OEMs and apply the industry best practices to help our customer validate electric motor, inverter, fuel cell and chargers.
