EPowerlabs Achieves Major Milestone in Electric Mobility Testing

After months of planning, the company has been awarded long-term contract to manage MUBIL Fundazioa’s Powertrain and Fuel Cell testing infrastructure. This achievement strengthens EPowerlabs’ role as a leading electric mobility testing provider in Spain and across Europe.

Expanded Testing Capabilities with Fuel Cell and Powertrain Technologies

The new contract allows EPowerlabs to quadruple its testing capacity and expand its expertise into Fuel Cell testing. Key capabilities at the upgraded center include:

These facilities allow EPowerlabs to provide comprehensive testing solutions for electric and hydrogen propulsion systems, supporting OEMs and suppliers throughout the vehicle development process.

  • High-speed dynos for motors up to 25,000 rpm
  • Heavy-duty powertrain dynos up to 600 kW
  • Multiple back-to-back testing rigs for integrated system validation
  • Fuel Cell Stack testing rig up to 200 kW
  • Fuel Cell Balance of Plant (BoP) testing rig up to 250 kW
  • Climatic and NVH chambers for environmental and acoustic testing
